Knotted Treasures is an online store operating in Ireland, specializing in handcrafted, made-to-order crochet goods, including baby items, plushies, bags, accessories, and home decor.

2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Nature
Handcrafted Variations: All products sold by Knotted Treasures are handmade. Because each piece is individually crafted, minor variations in stitch, exact sizing, or color hue (due to yarn dye lots or screen displays) may occur. These are unique characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Order Processing Time: All items are made to order. Our standard processing time to craft your item before dispatch is generally 7 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€).
We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure online payment processing gateways. Orders will not enter the production queue until payment has cleared.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders tailored to specific color schemes, designs, or sizes require clear agreement before production begins.
Once production has started on a custom or personalized order, cancellations, modifications, or returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping is offered on eligible orders over €50 within Ireland. Shipping charges for orders below €50 or international destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are estimates given by postal services and do not include our 7-day production lead time. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties: For international orders outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs clearance, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Under European Union Consumer Rights regulations:
Right of Cancellation: You have the right to cancel or return non-customized, ready-made orders within 14 days of receiving your package without giving a reason.
Exclusions: In accordance with EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke, personalized, or custom-made items made to your specifications.
Return Process: To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact us prior to sending the item back. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Postage: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Safety & Care Instructions
Product Safety: While we craft our plushies, baby items, and toys with high safety standards, small components (such as safety eyes, buttons, or embellishments) must be monitored around infants and young children. Parental supervision is recommended during play.
Care Instructions: Customers are advised to follow the washing and care guidelines provided on our website to ensure the longevity of their handcrafted wool/yarn items.
